We remember when journalism schools taught students how to find a story, not ignore one because it disagrees with their political views.
9.8
Would have been a 10 but for the low scoring Canadian judge.

Ths WSJ has always patted itself on the back, no matter if it tells the truth, half truth, or outright lies. No great surprise. Tho I like it's comments on Belgium and luxemborg, ummm Poland, Denmark, Portugal, Hungary and the Czech republic? Sorry but Italy, Great Britain and Spain and a few other pissants is how it should have read. And yes I put Italy in the non pissant catagory because I am an Italian American, and Spain is borderline. Italian Tanks only have one gear.... reverse

and France is more relevant than Italy and Spain, how?
outside of the fact they have hoisted La Copa Mundial recently.
Italian tanks may only go one way, but the French ones can't even get where the need to go cause of all the fucking tractor blockades.

Those ideas were always false, but they were peddled as true because they served the political purposes of those, both in Europe and America, who oppose President Bush on Iraq.
Democrats and the Media wouldn't do such a thing.
/sarcasm off

It's not entirely true what was said in that article. More European countries are sceptical than just France, Germany, Luxenbourg and Belgium. They are just not quite as vocal about it, but they want an UN backed resolution if military power is to be used.

That is true editorialism at its best. I enjoyed it thoroughly without even reading the original article. Seriously, I think for a forum where you don't USE ALL CAPS and cannot swear to get your point(s) across, the line of "his students should demand a refund" is pure sweetness.
Dropping the lowest and highest scores from the judges used above, we come out with a 10/10.

france is too busy desperately trying to maintain what's left of their little frenchy empire in africa to bother with anything else.
The are, however, still militarily relevent even beyond their penchant for surrendering en masse every time a small child points a toy gun at them. They have a large, incrediby well trained and tough infantry, a very effective special forces, the 3rd largest navy in the world, and a very modern air force. They are also a nuclear power.
Q:Who put the last 4 bullets into Mussolini?
A:A thousand Italian sharpshooters!
