Clarification of wireless router encryption.

I've setup my Linksys WRT54G for wireless so I can use my work laptop and iPhone on my home LAN.
Since I'm still getting into the whole network encryption thing, I've set it up like so:
So, I'm pretty much set right? I know if someone knows what they're doing, they can sniff the traffic and spoof a MAC address when it's broadcast for connection, but with 3 open LAN's in this complex I don't think I have too much to worry about. I guess I'm just paranoid and want to be sure I got everything I can covered.

I also have the MAC filter setup to only accept connections from the MAC addresses of my work laptop and my iPhone, and the DHCP leasing only allows 4 addresses to be active (my 2 computers, work laptop, iphone).Security Mode: WPA2 Personal
WPA Algorithms: TKIP+AES
WPA Shared Key: <random 16 digit key that I know>
