bit torrent and links to movies

What is the interest level of seeing links posted to mostly SVCD/DVD quality full movies downloaded via BitTorrent in here? Am I allowed to do it? Would Xouquoa go berzerk? Would people actually download 1-3 cd's worth to watch a movie and share a little bandwidth doing it?

on that note does anyone know a free/cheap webhost that will let me host files approx 120-150k in size? Free preferred. Or if anyone has a webspace and can help me out by hosting said files prease PM me.

like I said they aren't very large in size.
