Finally got tired of all the crappy chairs from your typical Office Deptot/Max/Staples. My back/ass can't stand it any more. After trying out various chairs from Herman Miller, Lifeform, etc... I finally decided on the Humanscale Freedom. This chair is incredible. If you have a Relax the Back store near you, you should go check it out.



I ordered mine in Black wave cloth (when I sat on the leather, I kept slipping off it). I got the Gel seating (standard seat is too hard) and I got the extended arms (they are like 1.25" longer). Head rest is on back order until like the end of November, so looks like it should arrive first week of December. I'll post more about it once I get it.

I'm always amazed by people that sit in crappy chairs at their computers. I've seen pictures of wooden stools etc being used as chairs for PCs. Masochists!

i used a barstool for 3 years with no back on it and i have the mangled spine to prove it
