Taking into account that probably 25% of the people here to kids and too young to have the 'roids, and maybe another 10-15% in denial about it. I would safely say that the original EQ playing adults almost all have the juicy little suckers.

I think I do. Occasionally I'll feel a sharp pain in my asshole that lasts a few seconds.

I don't even know what they are really, and thank god for that. Maybe I'll find out later in life.

I have, thankfully, never experienced them. I hear they suck, though.

I code a lot of Colonoscopy procedures. Pretty much everyone has them. Well, I don't. And my wife dosen't. Ok, I would say 95% of the charts I code, even if it's just for screening purposes, will have internal/external hemorroids. They will also have a polyp or 3. These patients are usually 45ish for gastro problems, and 55+ for cancer screenings. So, definately the older crowd.

Now, the fun comes in when you get into external hemorrhoidectomies. That's when the doctor cuts them out of your asshole and sews you back up. I imagine that's a rough one to heal!

Almost everyone has a hiatal hernia too. You just never know it until a doctor shoves a camera down your throat and sees it while looking for something else.

I guess because I get lots of fiber, drink lots of fluids and don't sit for prolonged periods of time I have never experienced the displeasure of hemorrhoids.

All of my dumps are quick, easy and blood free.

I got mine from the old "Bud Mud". While the majority of the time I have no discomfort, occasionally I'll have a spell lasting a day or 2 where I can think of nothing more than itching the little bastard right off of my asshole.

I'm only 20 years old and I have them. They only come out after I shit, but if I take a big enough shit they will bother me for the rest of the day. Feels like I have an extra set of balls sitting in my ass crack. Had a colonoscopy recently, as I also have IBS and they wanted to make sure I was ok, but everything turned out to be fine.

I have had another poo-related issue, but never the roids. And after reading this thread, I'm plenty grateful for this.
