It was "Jokers Ball" night. The Riddler was damn cute, see if I can link her. No idea who Sabrina was tryin to be, but I gotta tell ya, she looked so good, I didnt even get laid (I was tryin to hard on her and ignored all the others. )

Suprisingly, I was the only "real" joker there. Couple people wore some masks (I called them my henchmen) and one guy did some new age joker thing that looked odd.

That looks like liquid latex to me, so not sure I'd call it topless, but then again it's probably splitting hairs.

Is there a difference between liquid latex and body paint?

yes, paint you wash off. Liquid latex is a liquid that you spread on and then it dries into latex, pretty much stuck to your skin. You have to peel it off.

It looks like alcohol based body paint or airbrushing to me. More likely than not, it's a combination of both. The borders looked hand-drawn but there's a definite stencil effect going on in the bodice which is most easily done with airbrushing.
