Podcasts on WM5

I have been looking for a WM5 compatible RSS/Podcast program that can automatically sync to my phone with no interaction once I set up the feeds and thus far I have found nothing worth my time or money. I did find about a dozen different pieces of software but it seems none of them are supported any more.
I’m hoping someone here already knows or can point me in the right direction as I have been looking for a few days now and have come up empty.
