I've just started träna to get my flås up a bit before starting to work on bygga lats som en rocka.
För the moment så gör i oftast 20 min running + 20 roddbåt machine 4 times a vecka, and it really seems to hjälpa my flås.
Har you any rekommendationer for a newbie workout schema to build lats som en rocka?
