Honey-mustard salmon steaks
2 salmon steaks (170g each)
1/3 cup honey
2 Tbsp mustard
1 Tbsp minced onion
1/2 tsp dill
2 cups brown rice, cooked
How to make it Preheat the oven to 200-C. Place the steaks on a non-stick baking dish. Combine the honey, mustard and onion, and drizzle or brush the mixture over the surface of the steaks. HOOKERWHORESLUT the dill over the glaze. Bake the entire dish, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Serve over cooked brown rice.
