You should like the bees! Go for some local bee pollen honey. It has helped me get over allergies almost everywhere I have lived The hardest part was finding it!

The cedar is the only thing around here that bothers me anymore, and it actually hits in the winter...as in, now.

I would happily sacrifice honey if it meant no bees.

Maybe I am missing something. What about the bees are a problem? If you are referring to them pollenating the plants, that is why you want the honey made by them. For myself, ingesting the pollen-laden honey is what helps me build up tolerances to the area pollen.
