In case your too stupid to relize,that giving 15k to some random lvl 1 thats "selling" something off his main. This isnt the best idea to give them the plat first,then wait for the item. If you fall for it,just laugh at yourself and say "Dumbass".
Grats to the asshole whos coned at least 20 people in 3days. May Veeshan ever be your home.

I'm always amazed by trust people have in other people. Some abuse it, some don't. Just 2 or 3 weeks ago a stranger I was trading with in FP asked me to hold 5k for his alt. I did, but the whole 60 or so seconds it took him to camp and log back as alt I stood there pondering what the person saw in me that made him trust me with all his money.
It's a good feeling.
Even better if you're an asshole and run with his money I guess.

Thats amazing how Raistin watches me so closely. I was buying a FBSS for 20k the other day, and I give the guy the plat and he says he'll log on his alt and give me the FBSS, and he NEVER gives me the FBSS. I mean, whats the world coming to when I cant pay 20k for a FUBAR FBSS without getting it?

I think it has to do something with the MOTD saying don't trust people to do trades and that according to VI rules, all trades are final - and also not to give out passwords - etc etc etc.

Well, someone many many MOONS ago asked me to changed their 20k from one character to another.. I did, I don't feel right ripping people off, whats the point ?? Something about respecting myself ( and MY OWN morals ) keeps me from doing this.
Again, this isnt for everyone.. THUS makes the world go 'round.. /sigh..

The MoTD is more about Verant eliminating their liability so when someone gets screwed they can just refer them to the MoTD and send Wijdan in with a hail of, 'I am sorry I cannot help you with this issue.'
