1st place for my kid

After working all year building up bulk, he pretty much wasted his class and took 1st at Contra Costa. He is going to try a different diet at the Nevada state tourny and see if he can find a little more energy that way instead of hoping himself up like most of those guys do. I think he can do fine without much of a diet, he hardly has any fat even in the off season. Here is a link to some of his pics
