For anyone on here into heavy aggressive music, and whose into bands like meshuggah i highly recommend you to check out a band called "Strapping Young Lad" because they are fucking awesome. Although the lead singer/guitarist and mastermind of this band is Devin Townsend... whose probably one of the ugliest motherfuckers in metal, you have to check out this band.

All there albums rock, but i highly recommend checking out the albums "Alien" and "The New Black" for your listening enjoyment . The most noticeable song on "Alien" imo would have to be the song Skeksis.

Devin Townsend is a brilliantly talented beast.

You can't tell from that clip, but the guy has a serious set of pipes. He was hired at 18 to be the singer for Steve Vai, and has parlayed that into one project or another. He's also hilarious in interviews.
