Probably better off trying to get your pop pet spells instead of the epic, unless you just wanted the epic for stats.
I don't think I've ever seen this part for sale though...

So rare infact that if a guild does get one of these babys and doesnt need it 90% of the time they will bank it for the next mage that joins them and does need it. Good luck bud, I dont envy you on your search.

i understand wanting to get your epic. but you may be better off with the PoP spells and some other mainhand items. but yes the epic quest is a nice accomplishment for your character

Hard to find a better primary, or I haven't yet in my travels anyways as of yet. When its all you need to finish, why not try for it? 60+ Pets are great I believe too. I need to close this chapter of my character since I have spend the past year and a half collecting for this weapon.
