On the site they have this descrambler with these different runes which make different sounds found here

Now when I tried to enter "lost dungeons of norrtah" in there I got quite a response.

I tihnk they want you to sign of for Harpy's Head Herald. There will probably be a clue for the next expansion(or another eq game) in the next newsletter.
