I downloaded a new UI today off eqinterface.com

The file was soes11.zip

I followed the instructions. I swapped my character's .ini file out for the one that cam with it and extracted all the other files that came with it to a different folder inside the UIfiles folder in the EQ directory. Tried to log in, crashed to the desktop after selecting my character...

So I swapped all my default ui files out for the ones included in the zip file and I got the same problem, booted to desktop after character selection. Can anyone please help me solve this? Thank you.

Dont use the ini file... more then likely it uses a resolution your system cant support.

When your in the game useing the default UI type this in a chat window...
/loadskin foldername 1

You will need to move the windows your self becuase your not useing the ini file.
