We still have one spot open. JOIN US!

I have been tempted to join a league and just let it auto-draft everything for me. I rarely keep up with NFL stats enough to do a good job of it myself :(

Then this is the league for YOU!

The only thing you need to do is setup the auto-draft so that Mike Vick is your number 1 player. That way you will ensure that he does not go to you with auto-draft.

Ok, I guess the part that nobody is catching on to is that I don't know what fraggin' league you're talking about. Is there a certain spot I should go to in order to not join some stranger's league? Not that you freaks aren't strange enough! :p

No 10 players is the best way to go. More than that you are looking for 3rd and 4th stringers to fill your roster.

Boog - join a public league or two. It is good practice. My first year of playing was in 1997. I knew nothing about fantasy football and took Shannon Sharpe as my first round pick. I got my ass handed too me the whole year but I did figure things out. I usually play 2 or 3 leagues a year.

I actually tried to log in over a break when the draft was starting, but I was unable to from work.

I guess it could have gone worse, hehe. At least I have Vick on the bench instead of my starter!

Ouch! Autodrafted team? D Davis?

I like the Curtain's team overall of the 12 with a quick glance.

Great QB (Warner) if he stays healthy, solid starting RBs (LT2/McGahee) and backup RBs in Chester Taylor and Gore, Chambers is might be the #1 receiver this year, not sure about SD D since Foley's shot up and out for the season.

I am relieved to have neither D. Davis nor the illustrious Mr. Mexico. I forgot to Vick-proof my rankings, and ended up having to babysit my grandma yesterday.

I have this combo in both of the leagues I am in. With all the attention on TO, Gleen will have an amazing year.

QBs are the biggest point producers and who is better at getting tds and yardage than Peyton?

Denadeb wrote:QBs are the biggest point producers and who is better at getting tds and yardage than Peyton?
First pick should always be your RB. The top 10 QB's are not seperated by that much of a point margin. Also, more RB's are hurt thru out the season compared to QB's.

JMHO

a great running back is hard to find and usually goes first, although you couldnt get peyton, you could have gotten tom brady, who btw, beat peyton in points last year.

QB's with the AFC settings are worth much less than quality RB's. Only 2 or 3 QB's in the league are worth even thinking about taking in the 1st round.....Peyton, Palmer, maybe Hasselbeck. With all the QB's who would be big points, you are looking at them playing very sparingly late in the year, if at all. I learned that lesson the hard way by losing the 1st championship game because of Peyton sitting.
