Last night's SNL (where this was the intro) was possibly one of the funniest I've seen in years. Good to see they are getting back on the ball.

Yes Mid, he won the popular vote and would, if they had let it ride, the electoral as well. Bush was "appointed" in a sense by the Judges.

LOL not this dead horse again.

I am noty happy with Bush, but I cannot say that John Kerry and 911 would have been any better.

I think they're talking about Gore from 2000.

Edit: on second thoughts, it's already too easy at this point.

Marb and Moo, you both need some serious help.

Gore was more like Bush than Kerry though, I think Gore would have done many of the same scary things, remember his wife started the PMRC.

Yes Midnyte the situation in Florida in the 2000 Election was as democratic as anything ever and definately not provably bent beyond belief.

It was an issue brought to light by the Dems who thought they could steal an election away with a fake controversy. I was later proven by an indepedant organization that Bush would have won no matter what. Get over it already. Fact is we haven't had a decent President or Presidential candidate since Clinton.

Or not.

Feel free to check out the credentials and written words of the journalist "Greg Palast" who was one of the immediately responsible reporters who highlighted the multitude of blatantly corrupt events and occurances that humiliated America's international reputation as an openly democratic society.

I would list them here, but it's better for you to educate yourself, instead of us getting into some stupid "liberal versus republican" labelfest that only stupid uneducated Americans ascribe to and is as usual the bane of any relevant discussion on this board.

Indeed Kylere, Tipper and Hilary have always scared me for some of their more rabid beliefs. Maybe I'm skewed because I play those games they so ardently abhor, but I still think of vampires when I see Tipper, Hilary, Cheney's wife.
