contortionists are my favorite circus acts, what a sick flexibility and sense of balance, makes me dizzy just watching them

I can't remember what channel had a special on this "phenomenon," but they were talking to one Chinese contortionist particularly about it. Apparently they work some vertebrae out of place and just go on functioning like that. The woman they were talking to actually had hers put back in place so she could have a child. I can't remember what method they used to pop it out of place, but I do not believe any type of surgery was involved. Very strenuous exercise and stretching comes to mind.

Holy crap!

What lengths people go sometimes!

Well, hopefully she thought it was worth it (moving a vertebrae with exercise).
