I don't know what the hell you are talking about. I wear boxer-briefs and its all soft cotton. Sure silky\velvet shit might feel nice, but it wouldnt be very supportive for a pair of balls. You need something that can stretch a bit.

To expand on that...as with anything, you get what you pay for. If you're buying the 5 pack for $3 at *-mart, you're going to have a some crappy, uncomfortable, and not soft underwear.

Spend some money and get some decent underwear, I mean it's only your fucking package we're talking about here.
