The Hills Have Eyes

Post by Funkmasterr »

I can't be the only person that's looking forward to seeing this movie.

The article I read a few weeks ago stated that the mpaa wasn't letting wes craven get away with anything less than a nc-17 rating, but im guessing that he dumbed it down a bit to get it to r. At any rate the preview looks creepy as hell and im definately going to see it on the tenth. I'll probably go see that libertine movie that weekend as well !

I'm just tired of remakes, i want to see some new original ideas/movies! :)

Still, it's always good to see some horror movies poppin up!

Wes Craven's movies i like.

Also check Wrong Turn with Eliza Duschku if you like these kind of movies.
Thanks to Thess

I went out and saw this today, it was pretty decent. I can't say that I was disappointed, since the movie was everything I expected. True to Wes Craven style, the movie made the whole theater jump several times.

I couldn't agree more. If this movie gets decent buzz, i'll probably buy the DVD. However, I've been burnt more on horror/scray movie DVDs than any other genre lately...

i didn't really like this movie all that much ... it reminded me too much of Wrong Turn knock off based in the desert

It wasn't a very scary movie, but I liked it nonetheless. Though the matchstick scene was mega-cheesy-fake.
