The "fishing guy" guy up the road from me is on there. I've never seen him do anything besides go fishing and ride his bike around.

pardon my ignorance, but what is “sexual battery” if it is something other then rape or regular battery?

One of my best friends has recently been labelled a sex offender. He has a punk band in Seattle(The Clorox Girls) and is known for taking his clothes off on stage. Apparently at one show a mother brought her daughter(a minor) to the show because they enjoyed the band's music, but they didn't know about the stripping that pretty much ALWAYS happens at the show.
Anyhow, Justin strips down and gets naked- guitar covering his privates just barely and finishes up the last few songs of the night. The next day he finds out that this mother is pressing charges against him for exposing himself to a minor. So now he's a little green dot on the map next to rapists and child molesters...
Shouldn't charges be pressed against the mother instead? I mean what was she thinking. "I'll take my minor daughter to underground punk shows. Nothing remotely offensive could ever happen there!" Fucking douchebag.

I'd make a cover story like that too if I had a little green dot by my name!

No such laws in Oregon apparently. I guess folks with those bib overalls can just do their thing and not have folks catch on what with all the quick release straps.

Kind of disturbing to know that someone I graduated with was convicted of attempting to rape a child that same year.

I'm sure it was his 13 year old freshman girlfriend and 1/2 the people here wouldn't have a problem with it.

I believe you can get on that list in Michigan for public urination.
That seems a little silly to me! Fortunately the law dogs haven't caught me marking my territory yet.

"Sex offense-other"
So do I worry about him or invite him to parties?
