The only reason this is news is because they're NFL cheerleaders, and the only reason they got arrested is because they were blocking a stall in the bathroom. Had they just done it in the club proper, they'd still be free.

They should have done it in a mens bathroom stall and they would have been getting tips and a cheering section.

midday show here said if they'd gone in the men's room, there would have been no problem either. Made an interesting point!

The cheerleaders were kicked off the team Monday for violating a signed code of conduct, Panthers spokesman Charlie Dayton said. The two violated a rule that bans conduct that's embarrassing to the team or organization.
I'm not sure about you guys, but if they were still on the sidelines I'd be 100% more likely to watch a Carolina game than I currently am. I don't know why they think that behavior is embarrassing.
You can't buy that kind of publicity, except in Nevada and Amsterdam.
