As football is a *team* game, Owens would never play on my team were i a coach.

There is no I in team, but you can't spell team without ME.
Seriously Owens is a grade A jackass and I would love it if he never sniffed the field again.

TO could probably beat the shit out of anyone on the Eagles team in a one on one bare fisted fight*. He's mentally disturbed but takes great care of his body.
TO would be long gone from the Eagles if I was the owner or if I was the coach and the owner gave me permission to tell him to stay home. You've got to pay him but let him rot until the first chance you get to cut or trade him.
*I'm sure someone will tell me about a ten time origami fighting champion on the Eagle's roster!

Lol what a ridiculous statement. On a football team of as many players as the Eagles have, there's
bound to be an origami master. You're such a newb.

The team may elect to go the Keyshawn Johnson route — pay him to stay away.
This is such bullshit. If a 'professional' athlete is going to act like a fucking jackass and do this kind of crap, their contract should be voided and they should be kicked to the curb.
The team should not be required to pay them just to keep them away so they can focus on winning games.

Who is Douglas and why is Truant beating him up?

Joe Montanna was just on the Jim Rome Show. Rome asked him what he'd do [about Owens].
Montana replied with (close paraphrase):
*chuckle* Y'know Jim, there's a fine line between what you would or wouldn't do, but there comes a time where you're playing and you look at him, give him a little nod, and then throw the ball to someone else.

This stupid fool still thinks he's the victim here too. I'm actually suprised how the Eagles are handling this, as I expected them to just put up with TO's shit until Donovan left. Kudos to the Eagles, and good luck to Jew Rosenholdout getting him a big deal next season.
