But of course, they can't just nerf this one power that has caused problems for the entire history of the game. Oh no, they made it an across the board nerf to enhancement stacking. Diminishing returns start with the 3rd same SO, and after the 4th, you get basically no improvement.
I don't know how the fuck these assholes came up with the ass-backward testing methodology they apparently use, but it's bad, and continuously fucks the game.
Because now, not only are defensive powers less effective base, but they can only be improved roughly 80% from enhancements, and that's if you're psycho enough to 6 slot them. Good luck Tankers!
