So I lost Credit Card last weekend like a moron . Monday rolls around and I realize it's gone. Called to get a security hold on it. Took the time today to track down the last place used it at and see if they had it in their lost and found.
"Yup it's here"
"OK, I'll come pick it up"
Call the credit card company to report that my card has been found and they can take off the security hold. But wait! It appears that someone has been attempting to use the card! Not once, not twice, but three times! And, get this, from inside the gas station lol. So the credit card company has the exact times, dates and amounts that were trying to be charged.
Grats Amaco for getting a microscope up your ass! It appears that the fraud unit of the credit card company doesn't like it when this kind of thing happens. So they get to match up shift times, camera surveillance, to see who attempted to use the card and file criminal charges. lol.
Just for fun, I HAD to go down there and get the card back, and have a very loud, but very calm discussion with the manager about his unscruplous business! Good yuks
Grats me bonehead play for not asking for my card back after they swiped it through when I was there, but the triple bonehead play goes to whoever tried to use it 3 times. Man. Some people's kids.
