This I don't get.
Myron Rolle, rated ESPN's top Class of 2006 prospect, today verbally committed to attend Florida State. He made the announcement live on ESPNEWS and ESPNU.

"I'm really excited to make this decision. I'm a guy who believes strongly in education, and this decision was based strongly in academics," said Rolle.
Rolle chose FSU over Florida, Miami-Fla., Michigan, Oklahoma and Penn State. He had narrowed his choices to six earlier this summer.
Now, I've never gone to Florida State, so let's just go to a neutral source:

Florida State: #109
Florida: #50
Miami: #55
Michigan: #25
Oklahoma: #109 (tie... ooh)
Penn State: #49

Explain.

Wow, it's a bad day for schools ranked #109. First Florida State gets bashed in this thread, and now the Oklahoma Sooners fall to the Horned Frogs of Texas Christian?

Yeah, one of the two non-BCS teams that stood a chance of having undefeated seasons last year and getting in a BCS bowl. TCU wasn't just a nobody strolling into Norman for the usual whoop ass that is opening day for the big schools.

TCU is a pretty good mid-major program, but not one that should be knocking off schools that have played in three of the past five national championship games on the road.

Oh wait, Oklahoma didn't deserve to play in those championship games. It makes sense now.
