Dave Matthews Band question

Obviously, from this question i dont know shit about DMB.
secondly, i am obvioulsly some old sellout something or other for wanting to know the name of a Dave Matthews Song from a credit card commercial ( i think it is American Express).
So anyway, the guy picks up his baby, and then it flashes to him setting the 3-4 yr old girl down in her bed, then keeps flashing through stages of parenthood.
obviously the idea being that AMEX is a great way to waste your money throughout the course of your child's life.
Regardless, the marketing geniuses have infected my brainstem with this imagery, and i must have the song. Can't find it on iTunes (DMB not a big supporter of that sales format), so i may be forced to use OTHER MEANS to satisfy my craving.
I just need the song title.
If you didnt hthink the above was lame enough, i hung out in Restoration Hardware for 5 minutes to listen to that song today because i heard it as i walked by. No i didnt feel compelled to pay $600 for a bedsheet set in the meantime.
thanks,
--- oh yeha it goes....' somethign something for a moment"
something something something somethign something.
hope that helps.

Stay (Wasting Time)?
We were walking
Just the other day
It was so hot outside
You could fry an egg.
Remember you were talking
I watched as sweat ran down your face
Reached up and I caught it at your chin
Licked my fingertips
We were just wasting time
Let the hours roll by
Doing nothing for the fun
A little taste of the good life
Whether right or wrong
Makes us want to stay, stay, stay, stay, stay here for awhile.
Then later on the sun began to fade
Then the clouds rolled over our heads
And it began to rain
Oh, we were dancing mouths open
Splashing tongue taste
For a moment this good time would never end
You and me
You and me
Just wasting time
I was kissing you,
You were kissing me love
From good day into the moonlight
Now a night so fine
Makes us wanna stay, stay, stay, stay, stay for awhile.
Makes you wanna... (two times)
Makes me wanna... (two times)
Don't it make you wanna?
Wasting time
I shall miss this thing
When it all rolls by
What a day...
Wanna stay, stay, stay, stay, stay here for awhile.
Hey love
Oh just groping you
Rolling in the mud
Stay a while
Come on love
Wanna stay, stay, stay, stay, stay for awhile
or maybe Warehouse
see i'm leaving
this warehouse frightens me
has me tied up in knots
can't rest for a moment
soom i'm going i'm slippin' slow away
hoping to find something better than
i've got inside of here
the warehouse slips away
hey reckless mind
don't throw away your playful beginning
you and i will fumble around in the touches
and be sure to
leave all the lights on
so we can see the black cat changing colors
and we can walk under the ladders
and swim as the tide turns you around and around
hey we have found
becoming one in a million
slip into the crowd
this question if found in a gap in the sidewalk
keep all your sights on
hey the black cat changing colors
and you can walk under ladders
and swim as the tide choose to turn you
and here I sit
life goes on, end of tunnel, tv set
spot in the middle
state fade, statistical bit
and soon i'll fade away, i'll fade away
this i admit
taste so good, hard to believe an end to it
smell touch feel
how could this rhythm ever quit
bags packed on a plane
hopefully to heaven
shut up i'm thinking
i had a clue now it's gone forever
sitting over these bones
you can read in whatever you're needing to
keep all your sights on
yeah man, the black cat
changing colors
when it's not the colors that matter
but that they'll all fade away
this i admit
seems so good
hard to believe an end to it
warehouse is bare
nothing at all inside of it
walls and halls have disappeared
they disappear
my love i love to stay here
my love i love to stay here
in a corner was wondering
if a change could be better than this
and then i worry
maybe things won't be better than they have been
here in the warehouse
at the warehouse
how i love to stay here
at the warehouse
every man and woman
get alive
that's our blood down there
seems poured from the hands of angels
but trickle into the ground
leaves the warehouse bare and empty
my heart's numbered beat
still echo in this empty room
fear wells in me
but nothing seems enough to defend
so i am going away
If those aren't it we need some more lyrics to go on!

Isn't that a Chase Credit card commercial?
The one where they show the different branded cards for the "various stages of your life"?
edit
Checked the chase.com site and I think I found the commercial Voronwe is talking about.

If that's the commercial, the song is "100 Years" by Five for Fighting, I think.

I'm cool because I scrolled down as low as Sabek's link, listened to it, cycled through sites and found the Five for Fighting song, only to scroll down more and see it found.
