Here in Utah they did a lot of the celebrations on the 2nd because the 3rd is a Sunday and Mondays are "Family Day". I hate this state

Wtf haha.. you can still have a family day by going to see fireworks. Hell, that's more than most families in America do together in a month.

Happy Independance Day everyone. A great reminder of what a persecuted group can do when it has the balls to stand up to tyranny and strive to make it by itself.
Maybe the Iraqis will learn from our great example one day. I'm getting tired of spoon feeding these pathetic assholes already.

Happy 4th! I was out on the river yesterday and a fireworks outfit was setting up on one of the islands. As we passed the island heading downriver, they shot off a test and that thing was LOUD!

move then
the only celebrations I was aware of on the 2nd was stadium of fire, and lots of kids/families settting off some fireworks early. Which you always see on the days leading up to and after the 4th.
There may have been more stuff going on up in SLC, but I dont think its a family night conspiracy
