While sitting at your desk, lift your right foot off the floor and make clockwise circles.
Now, while doing this, draw the number "6" in the air with your right hand.
Your foot will change direction and there's nothing you can do about it.
What the fuck?

Even better: while grasping both hands together start twidling your thumbs - but by rotating each thumb in the opposite direction. It's tricky, as you will think you are doing it, but upon closer inspection you will see your brain is fucking up and both thumbs are going in the same direction. Took me at least a few hours of practice to finally get this to work, and it still feels as if I am about to dislodge my thumb sockets when doing it correctly.
