Gold Support - Downpayment of £69 (gets you a large software pack with full version of Word, Encarta, Auto route etc) then £13.99 per month via Direct Debt, this can run for 5 years or be cancelled within 45 days. For this you the Reload/Restore disk (since windows disk no longer given out) carriage costs (or pay £40 to get ur machine back to HQ) and national rate tech support numbers (instead of £1 per minute) Call centre is in india

Silver - £69 Downpayment (software) £9.99 per month, reload disk, pay to get back to hq, £1 per minute lines for software/hardware support, call centre outsourced to India

Bronze - £69 downpayment £6.99 per month, reload disk, pay to get to hq, £1 per minute, call centre outsourced to india.

No support (standard 12 months RTB) No reload disk (which is the first thing you must do sir to solve your software problem thankyoucomeagain) £1minute line to BURNLEY where you can speak to someone with english as a first language!

This is my company support options, I sell gold on a regular basis (least twice a week), therefore Im going to hell
