Canes 28 Pitt 21. Miami did not impress me tonight very much, but technically none of the top 5 have lately. Dorsey looked like piss in the first half, they lost a 1st string reciever for the season, I'm thinking they need to perhaps step it up four or five more notches if they want a National Championship.

Pitt is a good team, and played Miami well. Time of possession in their favor was crazy.
I wasnt surprised they played well, considering they beat VT in Blacksburg and should have beaten Notre Dame in South Bend.
They are underranked at 19.

Pitt shouldn't be ranked too much higher, both ND and VT are overrated. Notre Dame isn't that good at all, goddamn luck of the Irish has come through for them in a couple games. And VT has shown their true colors the last few weeks.

i think Dorsey has effectively played himself out of Heisman consideration though.
Willis McGahee may not get it this year, but would probably be the favorite for next year (he's a sophmore).
I agree that Pitt shouldnt be ranked like #7 or anything, but they are better than several teams who are ranked above them:
FSU, Florida, VT, Maryland, Kansas State maybe, Colorodo St maybe, Penn St maybe.
they are in the 10-15 range i'd say. All 3 of their losses are to quality opponents.
