Meh, unless you had a lot more control over the subject than is suggested in the video it would be rediculously dangerous for the actors involved. What if he stomps on their heads to see if they splatter like classic movie zombies, steps on their neck, kicks them about, etc, etc, etc.
Very cool idea though.

I'd maybe believe it if the friends weren't so damn calm. Besides, who goes into a huge bar (or whatever it was) and immediately plays the zombie game standing near the entrance?

they probably knew who the guy was. he is pretty famous.
you can use flashing lights to incapacitate someone easily. waking them up with a gas horn seems a little dodgy though.
