It's true about them two. I saw a special on E about them and Lindsey admitted to losing 25 pounds. She said that she did it by strictly eating high protein shakes a few times a day....that must have been all she ate. Her and Nicole are good friends and are on the same "diet" in addition to seeing personal trainers.

I think they look horrid. Some chicks dig looking downright skeletal.

is that seriously attractive to anyone? i dont understand how it can "feel good" to be so weak and frail, with the amount of LMM left on them they would have a hard time holding a water bottle
