Ok, this is annoying. So I have Norton set up with the Internet Worm Protection setting, which is fine, I've caught several attempts. But I've recently loaded up Torrentstorm again, and I keep getting the damned pop-up warning me about the Tor032.exe program, aka Torrentstorm. I've got the thing set to permit, but it just keeps popping up. Rather not disable it as it has been useful.

seems like ya answered your own question... either the permit rule isn't set up right or you need to deal with the popup..
