I wash bottom to top, don't really know why but its consistent. You?

Where is the option for:
Face first (with special face cleanser)
Then arms, torso/back, legs, feet, and NETHER REGION
Or something close to that
I am also a freak that showers in the morning and takes a bath at night

I subscribe to the chaos theory of bathing. My mind is usually thinking about other things so there's no specific order to my showering experience other than the hair is always first.

Soap is bad. Unless you're working on an oil rig or something you should only be washing your hands with soap. Hot water and friction does more to clean you than the soap does, it's just really effective at stripping oils including those in your skin that stop it being rough and dry. And it leaves shit behind that clogs your pores.

There is a study somewhere that results show washing your hair first is indicitive of a good lover. or something like that. And, I had always washed my hair first prior to reading that. Yes, I am making no sense but it is 130 and past sleepy time.

Top to bottom, didnt make much sense to me to wash the bottom first, then wash the top, and have all the rinse water flow down your body.

I dont know about you guys, but I always wash my hair first. For some reason when i wash it last, it makes my body feel really greasy.

If you have problems with eczema, they do have special soaps that do not strip the skin.
