You see, Mexico got jealous cause of New Orleans' Mardi Gras. So, Caesar Chavez ElPaso Gomez the 5th decide to invent this holiday to compete with the debauchery and full out naughtiness. I"m on to you Mexico, you aren't fooling this Gringo with your tequila and your scantily clad latino women with the large bouncing breastesses.
