video card help

My current system is:

P4 2.26 Ghz, 533 bus
512 mb pc2100 ram
Geforce Ti 4600 on a 4x agp motherboard

Recently in WoW, I have been getting an enourmous amount of video lag while in instances, and especially in pvp situations. Generally I get 20-30 fps when I am running around the world, 10-20 fps in an instance, and 5-7 fps (after loading up the initial mass of people) when doing pvp.

So yesterday I started looking for a new video card that would improve the game performance (as well as other games I play, but those are less important). I am looking to spend about $200 and from reading reviews on http://www.anandtech.com, I concluded http://www.leadtek.com/3d_graphic/winfa ... tdh_1.html might be a good choice for that amount of money.

My questions are:

1. How badly is only having agp 4x going to effect the perfomance of the card? I currently do not have the resources to get a whole new motherboard, ram, processor, and video card, so i am stuck with this old standard.

2. How much will this card (or whatever card you suggest) improve my performance in-game? (or overall with other games, since WoW specific performance might be difficult to pin down)

3. Is a 6600 GT the way to go, or should I be looking at a different card?

Any comments/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

1. agp 4X shouldn't matter much compared to 8X

2. upgrading from a 4600 to a 6600GT should greatly improve your performance with the system you have. 2.2 GHz CPU and 2100 RAMM will only hold you back a little. 512RAM should be ok although 1GB would help.

3. 6600GT is a nice midrange value right now. It's the card I would get if I only had 200.00 and couldn't get a 6800GT.
