croc IMO, harder to a "taller" animal such as a tiger to throw damage on the physically stronger/tougher body of the croc with its claws where all the crock has to do is go for a few good bites

edit:guess im wrong

, thought the croc would have better reflexes and be able to lock its teeth into tiger....i guess it could go his way if hes able to get a good bite att the start of the engagement

crocs fatigue really fast plus its like trying to turn a tank =-P

In reality crocodiles almost never fuck with a tiger, they lose pretty much every time and they are very afraid of tigers. From memory there is something about the tigers fur that makes it very hard for a crocodile to get a good grib on it, and thus it is almost impossible for the crocodile to win.
