I fucking hate you, hydroplane. You fuck up my car and steal my deductible$. You cocksucking piece of shit.
as the car was spinning
a question, one, was in my head
what if this is it?

sigh. I've had cars that handled well in rain and snow, but this 2000 monte carlo ss ... sucks balls. 3rd hydro in this car, I think I've had enough.

So learn to drive in the rain you fucking old woman.

What are you using for tires? I assume the ones on my 2001 SS are the same, but you never know. I would say if they are stock, with OMGIAMRETARDEDCAUSEALOTISTWOWORDS of miles, that may be your problem.

I only have trouble if I try to go over 70 in heavy rain. And let's face it, that ain't the car, it's the silly person driving too fast in the rain! As for the snow, I think it goes awesome (of course, my last car was a Firebird, how could this *not* go awesome compared to that!).

Easy solution to Hydro , 33inch tires :)~ Prefereably M/T tires , and dont go over 60 in the rain. But then again , that is just MY little world ~lol~
I had that trouble in my first car , but couldnt dare put a real tire on it , hell it was a racecar, 73 Pinto with Cosworth 1.6litre motor , How dare I put a treaded tire on that little beast ~lol~ Hell I couldnt drive it in the rain because the DOT tire I used had NO tread per say

Luckily for Kyoucan, moose are very sure footed and do not hydroplane in wet weather. As an added bonus, they are one of the few creatures that will fuck her.

I drive a cooler car than you. Although it lacks a rifle rack and a sticker of Calvin pissing on a Chevy logo so you probably aren't interested.

I think the Baja is adorable. Will be buying a new car in the next 6 months, so its on my list of possible choices. Probably end up with a Civic though.

Silly me, I wasn't aware of how many Canadian car companies there were. And we all know our favorite cunt would not drive a car made in the evil empire!

Kind of related. If you live in a snow state (like wisconsin) don't buy a Mazda Protege. They don't handle well at all if the ground gets even a little slick. They are too light and the engines are too powerful for them. My wife went in the ditch 3 times in one day and that was driving slow as hell (or at least she claims :) ) and that was after putting 4 brand new snow tires on it. The car is just too light and a death trap. At least it was easy to talk her into buying a new truck. =)

Ewww, the Baja looks (actually is) is a Wagon with the rear cut off. Reminds of a scaled down Escalade/avalanche debacle. But hey if teh public buys it , they deserve it or want it. I myself dont like the "hybred: cars/suvs. Jeep did it correct the first time with the Cherokee line, and the other followed, albiet a bit later. The idea is great but personnally I woud go with a real suv or the full on wagon version. as long as it is all wheel drive , I would drive it. Sidenote I cant wait till Ford brings that lil all wheel drive Focus to the states ,,, thank you Cosworthrf

*edit* Cosworth , damn cat stepped on the keys as I was hitting submit

The Baja is not really a new design. They had them from '77 to '87, but back then it was called The Brat, and the default color was white.

The Brat was a 2 door though , I Liked that Idea , it even had the Cool seats in the bed. Hell even VW tried something like it. Was a truck based on the Fox platform , I forgot what the name was though

Not yet, but it's definately atop the list of considerations. I don't need to worry about it till like March or so... that's when my current lease is up. I don't have cash for a down payment atm anyway, so I've been holding off going to look at them cause I know that'll just make me want one even more. ><
