I love the pseudo military terminology..."tactical information dispersal systems" == bingo board

My guess would be some monitoring tool for an IVR system to display active calls, calls in queue, average calls per CSR, etc. etc.
Something that most IVR vendors already have as a value add to their equipment as far as I know. I'm pretty sure the call centers use something like this to keep an active view of how many calls are being processed.
Not much of a site. Wouldn't encourage me to look at their product.

I already know what the product is as we use it in our call centers, but a couple people were trying to see what it meant. I have no reason why they want to know, so I told them it was a Call Observation Box

duh! yeah. reading comprehension ain't my strong suit.
Wouldn't have the faintest clue what it might be named. Call Observation Box works as well as anything I imagine.
I'd think a more catchy name would be just Call Observer or something equally inane. It hurts to say CoBox.
