Frank Miller, codirector, the guy who made the comics. Rodriguez wanted him to codirect so much that he quit Directors Guild of America when they said he couldnt get a non-member to codirect.
Tarantino, the usual arrangement. Rumour say his fee are 1$, the same that Tarantino payed Rodriguez for his work in Kill Bill 2 .
