Im pretty sure thats fake, not nearly enough rope to keep them suspended like that. The way the wrists are tied would eventually lead to nerve damage. Plus the fingers are pointing straight out in the same posistion in each hand. It looks like a doll to me.

there's is no bruising anywhere let alone around the wrist and ankles. i vote fake.

I don't think it's fake per se...but the idea that she might have been raped is questionable. Perhaps she just got drunk, and her sorrority sisters played a nasty prank on her...or they made her aquiesce while she wasn't drunk as an initiation. Or maybe that is how she gets her jollies. Who knows...

The reason I say perhaps not fake is the dirt on her right foot. The tree itself is kind of funny looking though and there is some blurring in that area...

Their ass would be have to be embedded into the tree trunk.
Thrit right leg is completely displaced from their right hip.
Judging from the position and orientation of their upper torso and head, the person would have to be concious.
It would be incredibly foolish to tie up a naked (assuming they were unconcious/passed out) person in the middle of winter unless you wanted that person either dead or in the hospital with hypothermia.

Regardless, if the picture were real it would be offensive and disturbing... not even remotely funny/amusing.

Fairly humorous, but definately fake, her posture is almost relaxed, there is little stress on the rope and her knees would be sticking way out due to the weight being supported at the ankles.

You cant really judge it by the rope, if you look at the tree it looks like the tree has a place where someone could sit on it normaly (like it looks like she is doing) so the rope would not have tension.

I think its a sorority/roomate prank all the way.

But not funny.
