Web Hosting Suggestions?

Looking to set up a site real quick (fundraiser for a relative getting a transplant) but need to find somewhere to host it that is a decent price, reliable and hopefully allows me to do some coding in the background (ASP, PHP, .NET - I'm flexible).
Suggestions? Monthly or yearly fees - whichever. Preferably Canadian but again I'm not that picky if they'll take my money
