No Doubt's first album was great but subsequent offerings were not.
All her music since she started hanging out with the hip hop crowd has sucked large. (Especially the solo album)

No, I'm paying for it cause its cute. I'm not a Stefani fan.
Edit: But seriously I don;t think there is anything wrong in buying something designed by someone you admire or like entertainment-wise. Its like any other collectable.

harajuku is an area in shibuya-ku (near the meiji shrine) where all the ultra trendy shops are and its a pretty famous spot for silverspoon highschool girls to go shop, and some pretty wacky fashions come out of it.

Shibuya also is the home of Buddahkan I believe. It has been some time since I have been there. Cool place though.
