That imo quite depend on how fast he can sell spaces on that island. After all, so far mudflating have always been a shitload faster than inflation.

He didn't pay RL Cash for the island; he payed at a 10 to $1 ratio of game money PEDs.
I'm interested in finding out how much he actually spent acquiring that amount of PED.
