Looking for a good tecnique to either:
Exponentially increase the size of the image without losing the quality (ie: taking a photo, blowing it up, and not suffering pixelization)
-or-
Do a pixel cleanup to make a photo (like the one in the above example) regain its origional quality after being blown up.
edit: hit enter too soon.
Any help would be appericated, and I know we've got a couple of PS gurus around here.

I know I'm good at what I do, but I know I'm not the best.
But I guess that on the other hand, I could be like the rest.

Not possible on any scale, although imperfections are not as detectable on smaller rescalings. You can clean up the images, but they'll never retain the original quality, which is what you're asking for. Whenever possible, always try to work from large scale images & stock and convert to smaller scale as needed. You can easily make a huge image as small as you want while retaining quality, but you can never truly get the quality back going from a small image to a large. This is especially true if you're trying to work from a compressed image.
