I will be getting PoP soon. Ive been out of the EQ loop for about 3 months and missed all the updates and info about PoP.
I was wondering if anyone can please give me a link to a site with good info on the POP expansion.

you cant get 1% per kill w/o an ideal gropu, but you can get xp w/ druids healing and rangers tanking shit w/o crack. i wouldnt call that an ideal group )

Some places you can solo for some pretty good xp. OMGIAMRETARDEDCAUSEALOTISTWOWORDS of the mobs in the plane of disease don't summon or cast, so if you're a caster type it's decent.

It sucks cause you can't get any xp without an 'ideal' group.
I've had a few less than 'ideal' groups and it worked out ok. Probably a bit more downtime than an ideal group but it wasn't bad. For the most part you need a Cleric and a Tank but you can get by without for awhile if you're creative. Having a slower doesn't hurt either.

I think you and Val was doubtful we could have pulled it off with a sk tank and no slower
but pull it off we did heh

Trust me, a slower in Crystal Wastelands or the Razorfiend cave is definitely helpful. Required? No. But the rest of the group better know what they are doing and you will have more downtime.
But yeah, I didn't think we'd make it through the trials with no Warrior and no slower. That banish thingie is a good thing.
