I should have known really.. I should have.. after EQ you'd think I'd realise that these guys are really quite retarded when it comes to balancing an economy and (perhaps deliberately) putting cash bugs in tradeskills.

They're putting the full fix in on today's patch. 24hours of not selling isn't going to kill anyone. But of course it's MMO players we're talking about. Perspective R Not Us.

It took them a while to decide to patch it today, it was going to be a multi-day thing.

The announcement that they were doing it today when up with the patch notes yesterday when they stopped merchants buying stuff.

I missed that then.. I got the patch notes, then went to school and work, and didn't see the change till I got back.

I was pretty sure that message just said "temporary" not a time frame.. frankly surprised it was fixed in the time, I would say a lot of that comes down to the massive response from the players =p
