Does Anyone Know If....

Hey everyone. For anyone who actually remembers me, I used to play Yildian a while back before I left the game (I'm the original, from what I've read the current me lacks in both uberness and 1337ness.)

Recently I've been trying to get in touch with some of my Veeshanite players. So far my efforts have been in vein. So, my question is:

Do either Mentalbus or Dakamura still play this game? If they do, can you have them email me at soberhipee@gmail.com? I'd appreciate it. And if they don't play...does anyone have their email addresses?

Hehe, Veeshan hasn't changed a bit. Am I at fault in attempting to recontact some of my old friends? I haven't spoken to them in a while (because I lost their emails,) and am I suddenly some kind of pseudo-nazi for trying to get in touch with them.

Look Noel, I have a life. I had one when I played, I had one after I stopped. You shouldn't be comming into a justified post and putting shit like this out there. It makes me wonder if you exist outside of these boards.

It's rather sad if you intend to hijack my post for an unjustified reason to throw some libelous statement like this bullshit.

I dunno from all the rest of the drama about Dakamura, but she was a good puller back when Deep AE groups were all the rage. Got many an aa with her that way.

Of course the puller is usually too busy to chat during those groups so maybe I was just spared her good side.

yeah, it's really great how you can't read guild chat or other people's tells. Just because you could run through a zone and get wailed on and bring back 30 mobs without dying does not mean the rest of the group did not despise you. The best is when you would die upon your return because of a not-so-mistimed heal. We all had a great laugh and got plenty of experience. You served your purpose in EQ, which may have been the only redeeming quality you had or ever will have in life, and now I can openly express my disdain for you without hindering my collection of experience points.

i think you are full of it. but if you really did hate me then i don't really see why you talked to me even outside of the groups. i don't think i was in the same guild as you at any point either, actually i think i was guildless at that time anyway. but anyway, this is invalid to the topic. it seems whenever i post there are a lot of bandwagon haters here... some of you guys should really grow a backbone and get a real life.

No. Here's what happened:

The last guild I was in was Legacy of Virtues. I was playing in that guild, and was actually having a decent time with it. I had just caught up on the expansions when they released Planes of Power.

I couldn't afford to add pop to my collection on my current budget, so I tried to make due without. Of course, I couldn't. With my experience cap at 60 and my inability to go to the new planes, I was insufficient at doing my job as wizard. I decided to leave the game, mainly because of pop, but also because E&B was out, and some of us who beta tested it decided to jump boat to it.

My brother was contacted in game by Soto who said he was interested in purchasing Yildian. I figured, what the hell, my wizard is useless right now, I'll sell it to him. I never got the money, but that's O.K. The fun I had was enough payment.

I was never in Fiends, so you must be referring to the man who took over my Yildian after I left (which validates my claim at the insufficient 1337ness in my character.) I don't really know how I was viewed on by the Veeshan public when I left. Most people didn't know me, but I can recall a few people that still won't talk to me even after the game was over.

I don't use the name Yildian. I've trademarked the name "None" and I've used it since E&B

I'll be using it in WoW as well. Although someone seems to be using it in BFNam..Bastards.

As far as I look at it. I was never Yildian. Yildian was generated by the name, and I never roleplayed him. I don't think anyone roleplayed. Only God Can Judge Me, and if someone is going to make an attempt to do so based on someone elses actions, then they really aren't worth talking to, which is why I could care less what the people on page one have to say because I know Dakamura.

What's Yildian been up to anyways? At least he's seemingly done what I couldn't and gotten his name recognized.
